Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of vioperators.com and your purchase of the VentureIO “Operational MRI” diagnostic service (“Service”). By using the site or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms.
1) The Service
The Operational MRI is a paid diagnostic engagement (typically a 90-minute session plus a written deliverable). The Service provides operational analysis and recommendations. It is not legal, tax, medical, or investment advice.
2) Payment
- A $5,000 deposit reserves a slot and is collected via Stripe.
- The remaining balance (typically $5,000) is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You authorize VentureIO to charge the payment method you provide through Stripe for agreed amounts.
3) Scheduling and Participation
- Scheduling is handled via Google Calendar booking links.
- You’re responsible for showing up prepared and providing reasonable access to the information needed to perform the diagnostic.
4) Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
5) Confidentiality
VentureIO will treat your non-public information as confidential and will not share it except (a) with your permission, (b) with vendors used to deliver the Service (e.g., Stripe, Google) as necessary, or (c) as required by law.
6) Intellectual Property
- You own your underlying data and materials you provide.
- VentureIO retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, and know-how.
- You may use the deliverables internally for your business. Resale or public redistribution requires written permission.
7) No Guarantees
Outcomes depend on execution and your specific context. VentureIO does not guarantee specific results.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentureIO’s total liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service. VentureIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
9) Changes
VentureIO may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
