Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when a deposit or payment for the Operational MRI may be refunded.

Fit-check refund

If, during the first 10 minutes of the scheduled Operational MRI session, both you and VentureIO agree that the MRI will not be helpful, the $5,000 deposit will be refunded.

After the fit-check window

• If you proceed past the first 10 minutes, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied to the Service.
• If VentureIO determines the engagement cannot be completed as promised, VentureIO will refund any unearned amounts.

Rescheduling and no-shows

• You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
• Late cancellations (<24 hours) or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, VentureIO may suspend delivery and provide documentation to Stripe consistent with this policy.
