Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposit Refunds

The $5,000 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days.

Once the assessment session has been completed, the engagement fee is non-refundable. The second $5,000 payment is due upon delivery of the report.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. We understand that founder schedules are unpredictable.

If you're unsatisfied with your deliverable, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to address concerns or make it right.
